If we are able to re-let your room in full, you will of course incur no costs.

We can only accept cancellations in writing. Your cancellation is only valid once you have received written confirmation from us.

Any deposits already paid will be offset against any cancellation fees that may be incurred.

We ask for your understanding that last-minute cancellations do not allow for free rebookings.

By accepting our offer, the cancellation conditions are automatically deemed to have been accepted and are binding for both parties.
